Breakfast Quiche
Egg's are always a delicious choice for breakfast, scrambled with cheese and bacon and are always a brunch staple on the buffet. There is no easier way to serve a crowd than to serve a quiche. Prepare all of your ingredients the evening before except for the eggs and cream. I also like to have my pie pastry already in the pie plate and chilling (just cover with Saran Wrap); now your ready for the blind bake. Asparagus can also be pre-steamed and ready. A quiche will also stay warm and ready until serving time.
Belgium Waffles
A hot Belgium waffle well buttered and topped with a choice syrup of a maple, blueberry or pecan. Added whipped cream and strawberries or blueberries will top it off delicious.
Onion Galette Tart
The savory blend of cream cheese layered with caramelized onion and cooked bacon on puff pastry just seems to say 'hello' to scrambled eggs or a favorite omelet. This dish also makes a great appetizer at any gathering.

The fresh scent of cinnamon and nutmeg will wake just about anybody up and what a better way than to have it but on Sunday Day Brunch! Our baked Cinnamon French Toast is a nice alternative to pan cooking on the stove. All is baked at once and there is definitely the like of reserve of space on your stove for other cooking of bacon and sausages

Our Brioche Style Bread's have been a family favorite for a very long time now. They began with Holiday Crescent Roll', delicious Brioche Loaves and now a sweet fabulous Cinnamon Roll with a simple glaze or a Cream Cheese Glaze.
